How to register warranty

  • Customers who purchased their Spectra breastpumps and Cuchen products from local authorized retailers comes with online warranty registration instructions.
  • In the warranty website, click on "Online Warranty Registration" to begin.
  • Choose the brand of the product you had purchase.
  • Fill in your particulars.
  • At the 2nd step, choose the product model and click "NEXT".
  • At the 3rd step, please upload a picture of your receipt. In the event that you lost your proof of purchase, please contact us at warranty@bingbling.com.sg.
  • For Bambino warranty registration, the Warranty No (TSLBW3100XX) is available on the sticker attached on the top of the packaging box as shown in the picture:

    • For Cuchen warranty registration, fill in the Product Serial No and Warranty No as indicated in the Cuchen instruction sticker pasted on top of the packaging box below:

    • For Spectra warranty registration, fill in the Product Serial No and Warranty No as indicated in the Spectra instruction leaflet included with the breast pumps as below:

    Terms and Conditions

    • Spectra
      • 2 years warranty starts from Date of Purchase or Baby Birth Date, whichever is later - for pumps purchased from 2019
      • Only the pump unit is under warranty. Normal wear and tear are not covered.
      • Warranty is valid in Singapore only.
      • Warranty is void when liquid (water/milk entry) is found in the breast pump.
      • Warranty is available to the registered customer only. It is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.
      • All breast pumps come with a warranty card. Customers are strongly encouraged to fill in the warranty card and send us the merchant copy.
      • Online Registration email/Warranty card and purchase receipt have to be produced when bringing your breast pump for servicing or repair.
      • Customers are encouraged to register their warranty as soon as they purchase their breast pumps even though they have not delivered.
      • If warranty starts from Baby Birth Date, customers will need to produce a copy of their Baby Birth Certificate (which is no more than 6 months later than the purchase date).

    • Cuchen
      • 3 years warranty from Date of Purchase.
      • Warranty is valid in Singapore only.
      • Warranty is available to the registered customer only. It is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.
      • Online Registration email and purchase receipt have to be produced when requesting for servicing or repair.
      • Customers are encouraged to register their warranty as soon as they purchase. This is to avoid the receipt from fading.
      • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
      • Please refer to your confirmation email for details.
    • Bambino
      • 1 year warranty from Date of Purchase.
      • For customers who received their warmer with their Spectra breast pumps, 1 year warranty starts at the same time as the breast pump.
      • Warranty is valid in Singapore only.
      • Warranty is registered to the registered customer only. It is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.
      • Online Registration email and purchase receipt have to be produced when requesting for servicing or repair.
      • Customers are encouraged to register their warranty as soon as they purchase.
      • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
      • Please refer to your confirmation email for details.
    • Looping (Not available for Online Registration)
      • 1 year warranty from Date of Purchase.
      • Valid in Singapore only.
      • Warranty is registered to the registered customer only. It is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.
      • Customers are encouraged to register their warranty as soon as they purchase.
      • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
      • Please refer to your confirmation email for details.
